Thanks Chris. As a nurse for 35 yrs, its understood that you have to genuinely care and empathize with a fellow human being. Everybody is unique and worthy to be treated the way that you would want to be treated. Everyone has a need in all areas of their lives. It's up to you to over deliver. Then the rewards will come your way.

Awesome article Chris. I can especially relate to the comment "treat every obstacle as an exciting opportunity to learn more." Thanks to your program, I now have a VERY different attitude toward mistakes and such. I find myself actually getting excited when something doesn't work just right. I know that I'm about to learn something in fixing the issue. Wow! Very cool. Thank you Chris!!
Very good analysis, Chris. The recent lawsuits about claimed employee harassment at Starbucks may cut to the #1 factor of Trust that you mention. We'll have to see how that plays out and how it affects Starbucks' future. It is also a lesson for all of us to watch our backsides.
