Link Cloaking - Explained!

Exactly what is link cloaking?

Why is it important?

You can also use the redirect tool from your cpanel. It's exactly the same, and you don't need to install anything.

I thought all link cloaking was done with HTML.
I did not know there was link cloaking software.
