I think the "thank you" page is a missed opportunity. Most people do not do anything about it and it is so boring so good that you have worked on this for us, Chris!
Sometimes it is even difficult to see who it is from and these days it so easy to become distracted so you forget what you were doing. A simple phone call might distract you for example.
It is great to put a personal audio/video message here on this page.
It is also a good idea to reconfirm the subscriber for the wise decision to sign up for the ebook or whatever it was.
I'm not a (quite)a newbie but all I can say is that I've learnt more in 2 hours than I have from in 2 months,not only will I recommend you to all my friends,I'll be shouting your name from the rooftops...LOL Top job and thanks
