• These accounts are valuable. They are only for your use. I hate to sound harsh but we will monitor all sites to make sure they are owned by members - ie they are not anyone else's. • We will create a new account for every domain you have. That means we will NOT be using ADD ON domains. To put it simply - you will receive one platinum hosting account per domain name you want hosted. If you have two domains - you will have two hosting accounts etc etc. Each hosting account will have it's own unique PASSWORD and USERNAME which you will want to keep safe.
• You can request new hosting accounts - for future domains you may purchase - at any time. All we ask is you give us 24 - 48 hours to install the hosting for you.
• Please do not be 'put off' by changing hosts. It is not something that should worry you - and you will find that your site/videos/images will load quicker once you have transferred.
