Chris here! I'd like to introduce you to another member of the team here at Chris Farrell Membership. Please meet....Steve Dutton. I first became aware of Steve when I discovered he was quietly helping out hundreds of people in the Forum - with his excellent step-by-step, easy-to-understand advice. I approached Steve and asked if he had the time to become an official Forum Moderator - and I am delighted that he accepted. Steve now also heads up my Head Of Support team. You will soon discover - if you haven't already - Steve to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the content on this site too. In fact - I've even had to ask Steve where some things are! Steve Dutton Steve lives in Birmingham in the UK with his partner Sue.
Despite originally wanting a career in computing - Steve has been a Retail and Industrial Manager for the last 25 years, managing operations all over the United Kingdom.
Steve's successful career has led him to building loyal teams around him, working as an integral part of the team (not asking a colleague to do something he wasn't prepared to do himself) - and becoming an expert at Customer Service and solving problems.
Due to the recession Steve left the Retail sector in February 2009 - and has been researching and testing Internet Marketing as his next project, hence being here.
Steve says 'I have collated a lot of useful information and can help with most things, plus if I don't have a solution straight away I will find one'.
Aside from Internet Marketing - Steve is a keen chef, DIY enthusiast, landscape gardener and avid follower of Liverpool FC.
NOTE FROM CHRIS: Steve has very graciously offered to talk to anyone in the UK on the phone or by Skype - and internationally by Skype - to help troubleshoot and resolve any issues you may be having. I am truly delighted to have someone such as Steve with his calm manner and 25 years + experience of problem solving skills - as part of the team here.

Hi Steve, Just a quick note to say thanks for your quick response to my SOS last night. I did what you suggested and my site is now online. Although the sign-up form seemed not aligned properly, i may have to do a bit of tweaking and testing. If I can't do it myself, I may have to PM you again for advise. Thank you so much, your prompt reply saved me a lot of frustration.

hi Steve, I've had to use this method to contact you as I can't get access via the contact or support links. I can't log into my cpanel iether using the name and password I have used successfully up until now. For some reason I seem to have restricted access to these things. Why is that?
