Hello ...

...it's Chris here.

As you possibly may know - I am releasing a new video course very soon - called Love Your List (and yes - it will be free....)

Why am I creating this course?

Let me tell you.

I often talk about the importance of building a relationship with your list.

However...

...it's all very well for me to say this -- but HOW do you actually do it?

What can you send to someone after they have signed up - to help strengthen your relationship with them?

The WORST thing you can do - is try and SELL something straight away.

Many have commented - that I hardly ever send out sales emails.

And it's true.

I work really hard to OVER DELIVER with FREE content.

Because then when I DO promote something - the response is so much greater.

It's this EXACT attitude - that has allowed me to make 4 figures every day (and I mean EVERY day) for the last 9 months or so...



So...what's my point...

I am AMAZED at the amount of people that approach me - wanting me to email my list about their product. Or their affiliate product.

99% of the time - these messages are from people I do not know.

They have not even bothered to try and build a relationship with me first.

They go straight in with the 'pitch' - with their 'amazing' product.

And almost all of these messages 'promise' how much money I could make by 'simply' emailing my list.

Of course I always say no.

Bu the bigger issue - as far as I am concerned - is the attitude of many online.

Let me share with you a secret.

In fact - this is more than a secret - this is fundamentally at the core of ANY successful business.

If you are asking yourself 'How can I make money?' - then I'm afraid to say - but this business is probably not for you.

Of course we all want to make money. And there is nothing wrong with that.

But your first question should not be 'How can I make money?'

I'm not saying that is a bad question.

Because it's not!

It's actually a great question!

But it's a bad FIRST question.

Do you see the difference?


Before we start thinking about the money - we should be asking ourselves another question.

And that is 'How can I add value?' Ask yourself - how can I exceed people's expectations. How can I serve others? How can I help? What solutions can I offer?

Yes I know it sounds a bit corny - but it is 100% true.

The point is not to get people to pay you more - it's to give them more.

Repeat that after me....

The point is not to get people to pay you more - it's to give them more.

All the great fortunes in the world have been created by men and women who had a greater passion for what they were giving - their product, service, ebook or idea - than what they were getting.

And many of those great fortunes have been squandered by others who had a greater passion for what they were getting than what they were giving.

I could sum this all up with one word.

Can you guess what it would be?

Value

Your true worth is determined by how much you give - rather than how much you get.

But the funny thing is - if you do the former - the latter will naturally occur.

I see this day in day out.

If you are good to your list - your list will be good back to you.

But HOW do you do this - what do you put in an email if you don't want to sell straight away but instead want to develop a relationship? It's easy for me to say I know...
