Once you have an Adwords account you PAY to use certain
keywords. In this example...
...I would PAY
for the keyword ‘iphone
accessories’. I can fix a maximum price
that I
am happy to pay, and I
then create an advert.
Google Adwords will then place my advert on the search results page
when my keyword is
searched for. (There is more to it than this – depending on
how much you
BID for your keyword will determine how many times your ad is shown).
Then – when your ad appears – if somebody clicks on it (taking them to
your web
page) Google charge you accordingly. So if you bid $1 per
click, every
time your ad is clicked upon, you are billed $1.

advertising program designed to
create more exposure for your site through small adverts that appear on
Search Engine Results Pages.

the other side of Adwords.
Google Adsense
is Google’s
Ad PLACING
system.
There are
millions of websites that have small adverts on
them.
These
are ADSENSE
adverts.
You
would only use ADSENSE
if you have your own
website(s). To have ads placed on
your site, you open up an ADSENSE
account with Google
(again, it’s free)
How Do I Get Adsense Ad's
On My Website?
Simple! All you do is open up a free
Adsense account.
Once you have an account - Google will automatically crawls the content
of your pages and delivers ads
(you can
choose both text or image ads) that are relevant to your audience and
your site
content—ads so well-matched, in fact, that your readers will actually
find them
useful.
Now – if a visitor to YOUR website clicks on one of these Adsense ads –
YOU
get
paid.
You will get a % of the amount the person that created
the ad has
agreed to pay for it.

Google Adsense is
a technique you can use to place relevant adverts
on your
site to help generate you some extra money.
